We helped our customer to successfully bring this design to market by assisting with technical design requirements, product selection and documented as-builts for the initial prototypes. We developed training and test programs internally to assure that the copy exact design what built to specification with a near 0% defect rating.
After the product was in the marketplace we provided a Just-in-Time/Kanban delivery schedule. We maintained a safety stock, quarantined inventory and tracked serial numbers and integrating indented revisioned bills of material into our master planing system. Operation methodologies and well documented procedures allowed us to adapt and have a successful quality assurance program threw out the entirety of the product life cycle.
